I had dealings with Mr. Skillman as my salesman/real estate agent when selling our property in 2020. I had owned this property for some 18 years.
I found him to be professional, relaxed, and pleasant to deal with. He looked after details in a way that left me feeling I could trust him and the sale was dealt with very amicably.
The long-term tenant had to leave before the sale, and this slightly unpleasant nature of the sale was dealt with in a most empathetic way, leaving the tenant happy (he found her a new place she loved) and us not feeling guilty.

The whole experience was very smooth and in my dealings, I would not hesitate to engage Matthew again.
